Included in the ticket price there are two days of skiing, entry to all three parties, transportation to all ski and party locations, breakfast and lunch, assorted gadgets, discounts on rentals, and the best weekend of your life!

Are refunds or name changes possible in case I cannot attend the event?

For unibz students, refunds will only happen in case of name change. Name changes are permitted until January 31st 2026. After this date, there will be a €20 fee that needs to be paid for name changes. Moreover, note that the new owner of the ticket won't be able to change the ticket type: e.g. X bought from Y a Basecamp Ticket with the Helper option, then X will have to be an Helper during Snowdays.

For external participants, refunds will only happen in case of a name change (which will be organised by their own university). Moreover, changes about the accommodation option are permitted until two weeks before the event (19 February 2026). After this date, if the participant does not show up to the event or designated accommodation, it will result in the loss of the related participant's deposit of €40.

Is there a possibility of getting merchandise of the event?

Yes! The merchandise store will be available online for presales starting from January/February. It will also be available at unibz starting from the same date. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to buy it directly at the event.

RULES

Is it true that I am not allowed to have any alcohol while on the slopes?

Yes, it is true. By Italian law, skiing and snowboarding are equated to driving, therefore it is forbidden to have more than 0.5 grams/liter of alcohol in the blood by Legislative Decree 40/2021.

The penalty for having between 0.5 and 0.8 g/l of alcohol in the blood includes severe penalties and high fines, and if it is above 0.8 g/l, then it becomes a crime.

ACTIVITIES

Which sports activities will be offered?

For all information regarding sport and spirit tournaments, you can check out our Sport & Spirit page here.

Is there something else to do other than skiing?

Yes, of course! There will be a basecamp set up on the slopes that will offer other activities including competitive sports, spirit competitions, music, and other non-competitive activities.

PARTICIPANTS

How do I apply to participate?

Snowdays26 is an invite-only event. Tickets for unibz students will be on sale from December 15th to January 23rd, and all information will be communicated via email.

Who is the event for?

The event is for business students from universities all over Europe.

What are the career opportunities?

At Snowdays, there will be unique opportunities to network and connect with local and international companies.

Since the participants represent a highly visible target group, brands from various sectors can benefit from the connections made at the event. Some brands will set up stands that offer interactive games to welcome the participants and to help them get to know the company better, whereas others will have the chance to give a small presentation about the company and its career opportunities.

Who organizes the event?

Snowdays is organized by a group of 46 people, split into ten different teams to organize various aspects of the event. It is entirely composed of students, who all share a common passion for creating an unforgettable event for all participants!

I'm from unibz and I want to help organize the event, where do I apply?

We will make a call for helpers and hosts very soon! Such a huge event requires lots of helpers, and we will be relying on you—of course there is a reward included! Beyond being part of the event itself and living the Snowdays experience to the fullest, your efforts will be rewarded with discounts or advantages!

Do I need to have my own gear?

Nope! If you don't have your own skiing or snowboarding equipment, we will arrange rentals for you.

What should I bring with me?

A survival guide will be shared on our social media closer to the event, but in general, remember to bring with you: ski/snowboard equipment (if you have it), skiing clothes, proper shoes, clothes to match the themed parties, sleeping mat and sleeping bag (if you'll be hosted by a unibz student), toiletries, towel, sleeping clothes, socks, underwear, wallet, ID/passport, residence card, and any necessary medications.

What about the accommodation?

Most external participants will be hosted by unibz students. These students are welcoming you to their home, therefore it is expected that you treat them and their space with respect.

There is also the chance that external students will be hosted together in larger groups in other structures such as gyms or other spaces. More information about the arrangements will be communicated closer to the event.

Where can I find the student dorms?

You can find the locations of all student dormitories here.

How do I get to the event?

Each university is responsible for arranging their own transportation to the event. The meeting point will be in Bozen-Bolzano; more detailed instructions for arrival and check-in will be shared closer to the event.

During the event, all transportation to ski locations and party locations will be provided by the organization.

I have special dietary requirements: can they be accommodated?

Yes, with proper advance notice, we will have meals available to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. Please indicate them in the enrollment form.
